Customers want more personalised messages.

a button within the chat (notify me) for if an item is out of stock and the customer would like to be notified when it is back in stock. This is an opportunity for us to further capture important data. I envision that clicking the "Notify Me" button will prompt the customer to drop in their real email address, name and last name in order for submission.

It would be great to have different "teams" of agents, so we could assign it to a team, instead of assigning it directly to one person.

It'd be great to disable the AI managing of Leads and let us do it manually for some users, as sometimes the AI will change it and mess up our workflow.

If i do math the result and shown input should contain delimiter. Numbers like: 5001000 is hard to read. 5.001.000 is much easier to read. Please add an option like that.
