Easier & more performant way to respond to conversations at scale

We respond to several thousand messages in a day. During periods of very high traffic when we are getting a lot of responses, the app starts to become unusable due to slow performance. For example, switching between the 'all conversations' and 'open conversations' can take upwards of 30 seconds (which happens automatically after each conversation due to the issue described here: https://feedback.chatfuel.com/features-requests/p/keep-us-in-all-conversations). Another example is that when new conversations come in to the 'all conversations' menu, sometimes by the time you've clicked on a conversation, the conversation has moved because new conversations are coming in, which makes it very difficult to use. Are there suggestions for making this work at extremely high volume?
