It's not possible to understand which conversations were counted or not in the bot, and that's a problem because there's no way to understand why my conversation numbers spiked up in some cases. It would be great to download a list with all conversations I had through the month with more stats, like how it initiated (reengage, ads or organic), user id/phone number, and how many conversations per user during the billing cycle.
