Facebook Messenger (just like most social platforms) has a "user opened" and "timestamp" when hovering mouse over the message features.
There is a reason why these basic features are there, those are extremely helpful when comes to following p with leads, knowing what to send to them based on their engagement, time of engagement etc.
Perhaps, Chatfuel could consider adding these basic features to a platform too.
