Now, if your customer has sent you a file, you can find its URL in the
{{last uploaded attachment url}}
system attribute.
Additionally, if your bot requests customers to send a file, you can store its URL in a custom attribute. To do so, add a 'Collect Answers' block. Subsequently, you can use this URL, for example, by sending it via API to your CRM.

We've just made your life easier by introducing the ability to filter conversations based on attributes. This update is designed to enhance your experience and efficiency when handling chats.
How to use:
  • navigate to the 'Live Chat' tab;
  • click on the filter icon;
  • select Search by 'Attribute':

  • add attributes and define their values to categorize and filter conversations;

  • click on the 'Search' button.
This way, you can easily identify and prioritize the chats that matter most to you.

Now, you can add conversation summaries, important customer details, or action items for smoother interactions. To get your hands on this power-up, head to the Live Chat tab, choose a conversation, and click the "+" button in the right menu to add your note:

You can now effortlessly assign customer conversations to specific teammates.
Here's how:
  1. Visit the Flows or Reengage tab.
  2. Add the 'Add assignee in Live Chat' action block to your desired bot flow.
  3. Select the team members for automatic assignment to conversations from this flow.

Now, you can easily send a pinpointed place on a map to your customers directly through WhatsApp Messenger:

Simply navigate to the Flows or Reengage tab, add the Location content block, and select the needed location on the map:

WhatsApp template block is now available in Flows! You can use it to send messages with URL and Phone buttons or messages outside the 24-hour window within a flow.
To do that, add a new Template Content Block plugin in the Flows or Reengage tabs:
