Oleg Krasikov Hi!
We’re in the beta now. We had a few followup questions.
This website chat entry point will be available in our existing Chatfuel chatbots when it leaves beta, correct?
Will the new web chat widget be able to redirect to our EXISTING blocks and flows? The answer I’ve received previously from the Chatfuel team was Yes. The interface for the beta has me second guessing that. I don’t see any redirect to Block feature. The Flow User Interface and the Live Chat interface look different.
If the new chat widget cannot redirect to our existing blocks and flows … that means a top-to-bottom rebuild of our existing chatbots. We hadn’t been expecting that and we haven’t prepared clients for that, either.
Thank you for your help!

Sean Bryan Hi! I had the exact concerns and got the answer that we can expect full migration of our bots in august-september sadly. Also we can expect the new panel to be more equipped with funcions we need in the next two weeks.

Péter Szabó hey!
I replied to your emails :)
>This website chat entry point will be available in our existing Chatfuel chatbots when it leaves beta, correct?
Yes, we plan to migrate everything in August-September.
>I don’t see any redirect to Block feature.
Blocks will not be supported, because less then 5% of customers use it. Block will be migrated to flows.
> Also we can expect the new panel to be more equipped with funcions we need in the next two weeks.
Yes, for the next 4 weeks we can expect:
- Full support of attributes
- Buttons with links
- Keywords
- Something more (Releases depend on "How many customers use this functionality)
So basically we plan to add new things every two weeks now until the full release.

I heard that soon there will be an opportunity to create bots for websites through a widget. And will there be the same ability to make buttons, images, conditions, etc.?

Dear chatfuel team!
Will it be possible to hide "powered by chatfuel" text just like on chatfuel lite?
Also, It was a great feature that the history of conversations could be seen on facebook Messenger and not only inside chatfuel.
Will it be possible to see conversations in any other way?
Much thanks!

Oleg Krasikov
Péter Szabó hey, may you send me email to discuss "power by chatfuel" feature? olegkrasikov@chatfuel.com
About messages: it will be not possible, because Facebook API doesn't allow it. May you tell more about your use case? Why do you need it inside messenger?

Dear chatfuel team!
Can you make it possible so that all the text on the interface (start chat button, terms and privacy policy text and also the "Chat with "comapny name") can be customized or set to any language? This would be a crucial setting for european countrys where people don't understand english.
Much thanks for your work
O
Oleg Krasikov
Péter Szabó you will have such opportunity.
p.s. ETA of widget is 19.04.2024
Mr Telco
Will the new widget be available including FB as well as GUEST? Our website has suffered https://mrtelco.com 26 percent down in conversations!!!
O
Oleg Krasikov
Mr Telco it will be not connected to Facebook at all.
Sean Bryan
Oleg Krasikov Will just the chat plugin be disconnected from Facebook? Or will the entire chat UX/UI be disconnected from Messenger?
O
Oleg Krasikov
Sean Bryan I'm not sure what do you mean.
Chat plugin will be disconnected from Facebook at all (it will have our UI/UX).
Facebook/Instagram bots will work as usual.
Sean Bryan
Oleg Krasikov My question was asking if just the plugin was changing, or if the whole chatbot platform built on Messenger was changing. It sounds like just the frontend is changing, which is what I was hoping for.
O
Oleg Krasikov
Sean Bryan yes, it will be just additional channel: "Web site widget"
Sean Bryan
Oleg Krasikov That's great! If that's the case, I'd love to be able to capture which website page the user is on as part of this new interface.

Oleg Krasikov: Hi Oleg! The current widget integration offered by Chatfuel on our website has been significantly impacted due to recent changes made by Facebook, specifically the disabling of Guest Mode. Additionally, the user interface of the existing widget appears to be outdated and does not align with the current standards of user experience. In contrast, the Chatfuel Lite widget exemplifies a more efficient and user-friendly model, demonstrating exceptional performance and ease of use. We strongly recommend considering an upgrade to a widget similar to Chatfuel Lite to enhance user interaction and maintain a modern digital presence.

Péter Szabó: hey!
We see impact of disabling of guest mode and already workign/thinking on stand-alone widget.

Oleg Krasikov: Great news! Much thanks!
